Bio

Santiago grew up in Aviation. His Dad, a Sky God, was the Chief Pilot for several Part 135 operations. Santiago was a hanger kid destined to do only one thing with his life and that is become a pilot. From a young age he was flipped out of the sky by his Dad in everything from vintage war birds, helicopters, parachutes pretty much anything that flies.

Santiago did most of his primary training at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University while pursuing his Bachelors degree. After completing his college education and flight training he spent years helping students achieve their flying dreams in Part 141 and Part 61 schools. Flying almost every Single and Multi Engine trainer there is and flipping a few out of the sky Santiago has seen a thing or two.

After professional flight instructing Santiago flew corporate and dabbled in the regional airlines. Now he spends most of his time as a Captain on a Heavy flying all over the world. However Santiago has always wanted to give back and Advanced Objective Aviation (AOA) is his passion project to help you become ready for any aviation adventure!
